Never Forget

Atrocity is atrocity.

MonedaBombing

Six years ago today or thirty-four--pain is pain.

So when you're reflecting on the 2,740 Americans that lost their lives on this day, give a few seconds to remember our neighbors who were executed and/or unjustly incarcerated and tortured as a result of this day as well.

But onto somewhat happier subjects!

Tomorrow I shall reveal the September K.A.Y.E. prize yarn.

Which coincidental to this post today, will help some of our neighbors--stay tuned!!!

Thank you for the other side of the coin. We all need to remember the golden rule....Do unto others that we would have others do unto us. Love, Mom

Are you nuts? We're on the side of 'right'! God fights for USA!

Heavy sarcasm alert for the literalistic.

Seriously, I don't wallow in our own twin towers tragedy, there's enough misery to go around in my own life as it is. It's best to pick up and move on. I only knew one of the dead personally and that is the one I grieved for. The rest are grieved by those who love them.
"Patriot Day" is pure bullshit. (And so is the Patriot Act, which hopefully will be repealed tout suite in the coming years.) There is not a national "Pearl Harbor Day". Why on earth would you want to have your enemies set your holidays?
Full disclosure:
I am a true moderate, a Purple. I am neither liberal nor totally conservative, I play on neither team.
