Maybe the Bunny Ate Your Baby

Move over dingoes, the big bad bunny is here.

Oh dear.

I didn't intend for this to come out twisted looking. But it did.

I hate it.

I'm not sure if it's because of who the original intended recipient was and I hate the reason I can't give it to that recipient anymore.

Or maybe it's all the boringass stockinette in kitchen cotton that makes me dislike it so.

Oh well, it's done and I'm free to work on something new.

Thank god!

I think it's very cute and will make a great gift for whoever you choose to give it to!

I *like* the deranged Easter Bunny towel.

But I'm weird like that.

I think it's great. In a weird twisted kind of way, LOL!

Probably a combination of all the reasons you listed. I have to confess, the teeth makes the bunny! :)

Rosie (that's the monkey's name, right?) does not look happy. Poor Rosie. I do like the floppy ears though.

Okay I am digging those big-ass bunny teeth.

I think if the ears were shorter i would look perfect. It's really a cute blanket. Could you still give it to the original intended recipient or would that be too hard?

I think it's cute, and you should put it up on your Etsy store. I'll bet you could make a few bucks on it ;).

That is a great towel bunny ears and teeth and all! My daughter is 15 and still uses one of her hooded towels from babyhood!
If you really feel like it, give it to the intended recipient. You don't have to elaborate just send it over. That could be a gesture that helps you move forward (unless you're po'd at that person).

For some reason, a line from an old Cadbury Creme Egg commercial just popped into my head.

"Thanks, Easter Bunny!"
"Bawk! Bawk!"

I think it's darling. Yes, maybe you should list it on your etsy shop..........I'm sure some preggo lady like me would snatch it up. Especially because there's no way in heck I could knit one in time for little guy's arrival.

I think it's cute. And if you don't have a recipient, I agree through it up into your shop.

I love it! It looks like that Bug's cartoon when he drank that stuff that turned him into a giant deranged Bugs bunny!

I think it's really cute and looks like a Simpsons bunny! I think Rosie is a bit worried about her head, however.

I like how Rosie is modeling. I bet she's the closest thing to a baby doll you have in your house!

I agree with everyone else, that is one CUTE Bunny Towel!!! Would giving it to the person that it was intended help you? If the answer is no by all means put it in your Etsy store. You may have something there, it is cute and Rosie looks adorable in it. Love, Mom

I am laughing. I love it.

One of my dearest girlfriends was gifted a baby sweater with an intarsia skull and crossbones on the back (thankyouverymuch, from me!) She loved it. I have shown the design to other mothers-to-be who look at me as though I'm evil. Whatever.

I want a deranged bunny towel for me. Do you know how cool that would be? It would be so perfect for getting ready for work. Seriously. If you're going to list it on Etsy, do you think it would fit a 22" head?

"You look like deranged bunny rabbit!"

I think it is just wacky enough to be darn cute. You are just sick of the yarn.

If Rosie is anything like my monkeys, she hates to wear clothes. I can see her scowling under that hood! ;-)

Oooh, deranged bunnies remind me of the killer bunny from Monty Python's Holy Grail!

Whoever recieves it will love it!

Hmmm...I think it's maybe the pointy headedness that is most disturbing to me. And I think it needs a nose too. Maybe cut one out of felt and glue that sucker on there. You could always put felt eyes on too - you might be able to control the derangedness of the bunny stare that way. It's not bad though, really.

And just tonight I was cutting up a mango for the boy and I said "Maybe the mango aytchaw baybee" Too funny!

Dude (okay, you're the third comment I've used "dude" in, my is showing big time it would seem, I apologize but) Dude! It is the bomb of a baby-hooded-towel-thingie! I love the teeth!

Is it twisted that I adore the idea of bunnies eating babies so close to easter and all???

I don't see the twistedness either (?). I agree that it's cute in a funny sort of way. : ) The color is fantastic though - I love that peachy coral color.

BTW, your sex analogy for the spinner was too funny!

I like it in a sort of 'Curse of the Were-Rabbit' way. I'd pop it into the etsy shop too, there's no accounting for what people are in to.
