Starring Bezzie, her Mad Scientist husband and their kids Chunky, Moochie, and Baby Sister in a whirlwind "adventure" involving excitement, loss, separation, a series of financially draining transnational moves, hitting rock bottom, climbing up again, and a slight change of plans. Oh, and there will be some knitting involved too!

I wouldn't mind so much if my job gave us snow days. But nope... I've gotta drag my butt in tomorrow! I hate snow, bah!
I can't believe booby bars get snow days.
You mean you're missing the "dumping" the news guy was talking about tonight? I sorry, maybe it will turn into fun looking snow soon...you never know.
We're getting the snow TW! No problems there. It's just heavy and slushy. Or at least it was last night. I haven't been out there this morning.
It's not as bad this morning and it's piling on as I sit here. I made it into work (although there's a PATCO train stuck on the Ben Franklin bridge) without any real problems. The nice thing is that it covered up all the nasty dirty snow and now everything is pretty again.
I like the snow. It's the people around here that are driving me crazy. There's snow panic all the time. I have to hit the grocery store this weekend and I am not looking forward to it.
Great post. Like the cartoon link. Very true. I find it hysterical that the bar shut down over the snow. Too funny.
Love that you quoted a Canadian comic strip - one of my favourites :-) Here, we woke up to slush, rode to work in slush, and figure we'll ride home in slush. Luckily nothing of consequence for us is cancelled, but the daycare teachers all had their kids' schools shut down for the day. It kind of makes me laugh until I think about the real snow I'll have to deal with when we move home ;-)
Ask your YYS about snow, cars, and airbags.
Boobie bars have to shut their doors when it snows!! Those things might freeze and if they slip on the ice and fall....well I don't want to even think of what those things might do to a person! Love, Mom
eh, i'm gonna go ahead and still complain. my walk to work today was treacherous b/c the sidewalks weren't plowed and i had to cross my fingers that i wouldn't get hit by a car. it was kind of funny watching the cars get stuck in the snow though.
Can't believe it! The weather must be bad to close down the bar and so turning off a vital source of entertainment!! Whatever will you do tonight?? LOL
I love winter. I love snow.
But this is now officially the snowiest month in Pittsburgh history. And with the Hubster on the disabled list, I have shoveled every damn flake all by myself. I think the snow is about to push me over the edge.
That was cute, ha, ha! I hate snow, have always hated snow (my youngest sister used to get mad at me when we were kids and I'd rather stay in the house in the winter and read than go outside and play with her), and I'm never going to like it! : )
I'm sure glad I got a snow day from work today!
We, apparently, had the hurricane minus the slush :).
We did have lots of coastal flooding and many roads that were nearly impassable due to flooding ... and power outages. Oh, so much fun! I think I'd rather shovel ;).
