Cookie of the Week

Three minutes until I have to get the boys up for their day...but quickly-

005

Cookie of the Week!

Holy freaking cow!

These are "Mocha" Cookies from that Gourmet Cookie Cookbook I talked about in earlier posts.

There's nothing mocha about these though. I ommitted the espresso powder they called for.

Didn't matter one bit. These are rich, soft, and fudgey. Almost like the love child of a cookie and a brownie.

Two thumbs way up!

Hmmm, maybe these will be the next ones to try... they look pretty delicious, and I *do* have espresso powder kicking around from a recipe a few months ago...

They look really good. I'd have to leave out the espresso powder, too. No one in my family would eat them.

Yum! Those look GOOD! You need to tell Chunky what they are and give the poor little guy a taste when he leaves messages.

Oooh, do those look delicious! I don't like coffee, or anything coffee flavored, so I would have left the espresso powder out too.

Wow, you guys get an early start - 5:06 AM? Yikes! I feel bad just having to get my kids up at 7.
